Crikey Catering is a Huntsville, Alabama-based catering company that specializes in using locally sourced ingredients to create fresh and delicious meals. Our origins' story
For over 20 years, Australian born chef Luke, has been cultivating his skills and refining his palate all over the world. He immediately knew he wanted to be in the food industry, so he obtained his master's degrees in culinary arts, Food Science, and Food Business Administration. Luke's passion blossomed with apprenticeships all over Melbourne, the cuisine capital of Australia.
Rooted in quality and integrity
While working at Darling Harbour in Sydney, Luke perfected his French fine dining, as well as furthering his expertise in prime steaks. He has also worked in multiple Michelin Star restaurants all over Australia. Then Luke continued furthering his career by taking on the Executive Chef role in premier restaurants in Melbourne.
All the way to the U.S.
For his next culinary adventure, Luke decided to dip his toes into the world of Aviation by opening multiple First-Class Lounges in airports across the U.S. He has been hired to help numerous restaurants open their businesses and he still consults in menu development. Luke has also run some of Americas' biggest corporate companies, teaching and mentoring hundreds of chefs across all parts of the United States.
